Google I/O 2010剛剛落幕，不知道皆さん有沒有親臨Google I/O 2010嗎？那最近，筆者重溫一些Google I/O 2009的影片。發現到其實，在之前的一個筆者的Project里的問題，其實是可以用JSONP來解決。

什么是JSONP呢？JSONP是一種方案獲取 JSON數據來自另一個Domain。如果您嘗試使用Ajax請求的數據，從不同的Domain，那你會得到一個安全錯誤。

有了JSONP，Cross-domain request, 將不再是問題了。:p

久しぶり！皆さん、お元気ですか？First entry since February 2010. I have been busy moving ALL my stuffs from KL back to Butterworth and Penang, and also trying hard to blend into the life in Penang and Butterworth!

After a month-time, I returned to Penang, the Microsoft Corporation launched Visual Studio 2010 not only in M'sia but also other countries. They organized a huge event for promoting Microsoft long-awaited IDE(Integrated-Development Environment).

In Malaysia, Microsoft had this launching workshop/event in Klang Valley. Thanx to Microsoft, Microsoft did not overlook the developer community in Northen Region of M'sia, there is a smaller-scale launching event in Penang on 15th April 2010.

I was expecting that it would be yet another marketing show by Microsoft Malaysia, as the event is and free-of-charge event, but surprising the speakers covered more on the technical area of the Visual Studio 2010.

The VS 2010 gives more time to developer staying in zone. In the past, most of the developers tend to switch from one IDE to another one during development (E.g. switching the workspace from Microsoft Visual Studio to Microsoft Expression). VS 2010 ease the pain making developer stay-in-zone, which means stay in Visual Studio as long as possible.

Prior to VS 2010, SharePoint development is hard, as Sharepoint developers have to go through 17-steps, each step is tough and tedious. With VS 2010, developers have no longer need to go through the 17 dreadful steps.

In addition to this, Microsoft also introduces lots of handy tools for QA engineers to ease their testing jobs. The VS2010 also improve the interaction and communication between QA engineers and software developers.

Glow with BBC

Happy Lunar New Year to those folks who celebrate Lunar New Year.

I am a regular reader of BBC(British Broadcasting Corporation) Online. The present BBC Online was given a face-lift in year 2007. It is a Web 2.0, especially on its' homepage, it is full with AJAX feature.

Initially, BBC was using JQuery(Another JavaScript framework) to spruce up BBC Online interface. But later BBC had decided to develop their own JavaScript Framework. The rationale behind is, BBC wants BBC website to support older version web-browsers.

BBC Glow offers:

- Simplified DOM manipulation and event handling
- Custom user interface widgets, such as sliders and overlay boxes
- Animation and effects
- Useful cross-browser JavaScript functions

Overall, I like Glow. It’s well documented, has been extensively tested, and is possibly a little easier to understand than jQuery.

当我工作经验去到第四个年头。终于感受到什么是“后浪推前浪”了。之所以这样，笔者，决定在工作外的时间，花些少时间把笔者的知识进一步推高，以保持优势。

幸亏，在笔者的工作环境里头，有一群优秀的工程师。除了向他们学习以外，笔者每一晚都饱读“网页”以求知识。
还记得，刚刚毕业，踏入工作，成为软件工程师的时候，笔者由基础开始。虽然，在大学里，又写过程序，但大学所学的还不足以应付企业的要求。

以笔者的经验，当一位软件工程师或开发者到了某阶段的时候，应该要学习，怎样开发一个有设计模式，甚至是可以“重用”的程序。

在笔者的学习电脑程式设计模式的过程，笔者发现，其实在有些架构的用法或技术，笔者曾经用过（implemented),但是不知道它的命名。比如“Factory pattern， Iterator pattern”，是笔者最常用的。认清了笔者这个缺点，笔者认为，身为一位专业的软件工程师，technical jargon的认识，是非常的重要的。

笔者，发现其实电脑程式设计模式（Design Pattern),是笔者最迫切改进的一点。Design Pattern這個術語是在1990年代，由Erich Gamma等人，從建築設計領域引入到計算機科學裡去的。

在网上里，最普遍的设计模式是来自"四人帮“或Gang of Four。他们的模式可以归类为四种,即创建型模式, 结构型模式, 行为模式以及并发模式。

Today, I am going to explain DOH, a JavaScript unit-testing framework.

Unit testing is an important part of quality software development, particularly in the agile and extreme programming development methodology. Traditionally, automated unit testing of Web 2.0 client-side user interfaces was difficult and often not attempted. However, Dojo provides a unit testing harness that lets you evaluate both JavaScript functionality and the visualization of the user interface. This results in a thoroughly tested user interface that will ultimately contain significantly fewer bugs. This article demonstrates the main features of the Dojo Objective Harness (DOH) and describes its superior capabilities compared with other test harnesses for Web 2.0 applications.

寫 JavaScript 的你，會不會常常踩到這些地雷呢？

JavaScript 常常會被人誤解為是簡單的語言，以我自己的經驗，如果有人跟你說 JavaScript 很簡單，那一定是他不熟 JavaScript，會造成這個現象，最主要的原因是大多數的程式開發者都不是學 JavaScript 出身的（我也不是），所以開發者常常會把自己在其它語言的習慣帶過來，於是很多誤會就此而生…..（JavaScript 是很 nice 的，這其中一定有什麼誤會….）

變數 scope 是根據 function 不是 block
想像一下這段程式碼：

var a = 1;
if (true) {
var a = 2;
}
alert(a);
你覺得 alert 跳出來的訊息視窗會顯示什麼呢？答案是2。如果你太習慣 C/C++/Java, ….. 這類知名的程式語言，說不定你會回答1。

所以如果是這個例子你就不會答錯了：

var a = 1;
function foo() {
var a = 2;
}
foo();
alert(a);
沒錯！答案就是1，但如果是這樣呢？

var a = 1;
function foo() {
alert(a);
}
foo();
別想太多，這段 code 的執行結果當然會跳出1。那如果變成這樣呢？

var a = 1;
function foo() {
alert(a);
var a = 2;
}
foo();
感覺要瘋掉了嗎？ XD

不只是 Global 很可怕，window 物件也是
在瀏覽器上寫 JavaScript 或多或少都會用到 window 物件下的成員，但很可怕的是你常常不知道你在用它，因為使用 window 物件下的成員，window 是可以省略不打的。比方說很多人愛用 alert 來顯示訊息或 debug，但其實 alert 的「全名」應該是叫 window.alert 才對，喔！當然 location 也是叫 window.location，同樣地，你也不要不宣告就直接使用 innerWidth 這個變數 ….. 所以說 window 真的很可怕！！

但可怕的還不只是這樣，如果有一段 code 是這樣：

x = 3;
....
alert(window.x);
也許你（不）知道：在使用一個變數時，若沒用 var 這個關鍵字，它會被定義在 window 物件下，所以上面這段 code 當然沒有問題，x 就是 window.x，執行一下也沒錯，就是跳個訊息對話盒顯示3。

那如果你很乖地加了 var 呢？變成這樣：

var x = 3;
....
alert(window.x);
嘿嘿，我就說 window 很可怕吧！只要你在 global area 下，就算用了 var 也幫你定義到 window 物件下！這也就是為什麼很多人寫 JavaScript code 會用一個 anonymous function 來避開 global/window 了。

所以說，JavaScript 真的跟你想得不一樣！

改善火狐性能

哈罗，好久不見，最近在赶工，所以對不起，没時间update blog.今天呢，要與火狐用戶分享一些非常有用的技巧。

有沒有試過使用火狐日子久了，性能慢慢的沒有之前那么的快呢？從火狐3.0開始，書簽，歷史都貯存到了SQL Lite數據庫中。那我們身為用戶，可以通過優化SQL Lite,來提升火狐的性能。

步驟如下：
轉到火狐的默認目錄：
~/.mozilla/firefox/xxxxxxxx..default/

若是针对单个的 SQLite 文件（如 places.sqlite）执行优化，则运行 sqlite3 places.sqlite vacuum。你也可以通过下列命令来对所有的 SQLite 文件执行优化：
for s in *.sqlite; { sqlite3 $s vacuum; }
注意：如果在你的 Linux 系统上找不到 sqlite3，则需要先行安装。另外，在执行优化时，你也要关闭 Firefox。

不知道是不是谷歌對微軟報復。自從上個月，微軟宣布發布了微軟必應（Bing.com)來對付Google，剛剛幾天前，谷歌宣布將會發布然后開源自己的OS,稱為Chrome　ＯＳ,很明顯谷歌要對微軟正式開炮，想要把微軟在系統軟件的地位，給拉下來！

但是，大多數Linux支持者都抱怨，谷歌這個行動將會分裂Linux.都已經有了Ubuntu，剛剛上軌道，忽然間殺出一個程咬金!

I am developing a customization tool for an application.The presentation information, such as text, color code are stored in XML files.

The customization tool, is a tool that it provides friendly user-interface for user to change the value(i.e. text, color) in XML files. XPath was one of my option, however i stumbled upon LINQ to XML! To query multiple value or even a single value with LINQ to XML is really simple, and it is way simple!

Single Jar Scripts for Packaging JavaFX Application

Every JavaFX project in the NetBeans IDE has a file called build.xml in its main directory. Open this file and add the following text to the end, just before the < /project> closing tag:

This final jar will be in the final directory, and it will be named based on the properties listed earlier.

Most Windows 7 APIs are written in native code C, C++, and COM APIs, and have no .Net equivalents.

This makes the life of managed code developers a bit hard, forcing them to create their own interoperability layers for communicating between .NET and the native Windows APIs. 如果你问笔者，最近吹什么风啊。那我一定更你说，收购风。

早些时候，IBM大势发布将要收购Sun Microsystem,怎么知道真命天子是Oracle。那现在呢，据Eden观察，Red Hat, 呃，不是要收购，而是要被收购，被IBM收购。

从短期来看，Redhat的Enterpirse Server系列产品及Jboss在经济危机时期，反而有更坚实的市场需求。同时，RedHat正在强化他的销售队伍并加强了对美国政府机构IT系统的营销并取得不错的效果。大部分企业在所受的调查中表示，将在未来增加 RedHat Enterprise Server的使用。

但是，Redhat仍然面临一个巨大的挑战，那就是Oracle在顺利完成对Sun公司的收购后，是否会继续支持Redhat？Linuxeden认为这个问题的答案对RedHat极为不利。而IBM可以把RedHat从来自Oracle和Microsoft的威胁中解救出来。

基于以下原因：IBM对RedHat的收购就看起来是顺理成章了。
1.IBM的服务器完全可以捆绑RedHat产品。
2.Jboss能够给Websphere提供补充。
3.IBM能够养得起 Redhat的开发者们。

JRE on Firefox

Konnichiwa, o-genki desu ka? Just read a blog from Sun. Should your Firefox browser fail to find JRE, yet you are sure that your JRE is installed, then you can do as followings:

Open ~/.mozilla/plugins directory, Window User can type %appdata%/mozilla/plugins/ on your Run

If there was no libjavaplugin_oji.so. So creating the link finally solved the issue for me.

In short, if you don't see Java plugin, do the following:
ln -s /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-sun-1.6.0.13/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so /home/murlee/.mozilla/plugins/

Google Chrome 准备就绪！

看来Mozilla火狐超越IE的市场份额在不久将会成为事实。但是Mozilla火狐不可以不防备Google Chrome,这个程咬金。

对啊，你/妳可能会认为，如果Mozilla得防备的话，那早就应该是Opera，但是笔者认为Google Chrome的条件比起Opera,更得天独厚。

先ず，Google Chrome,它有Google撑腰。在宣传方面，Google作为一番搜索引擎可以利用自身的条件来加以宣传。

其次，对，Google Chrome现在呢还没有扩展（Extension)，但是不代表在未来将来的不会有。而且现在Google Chrome 开始支持扩展了, 这是好事情.Chromium 开发文档就放出了两个Sample 扩展:Gmail Checker, Subscribe in Google Reader. 给各位开发者作为参考！

在看看，Chrome是开源的哦，Opera在这方面就做不到。加上，Google Chrome干净而且速度快, 看着就舒服.
所以呢，笔者大胆预测未来是FF, Chrome和IE的三国时代！

Fly in the ointment就是Google Chrome还不支援Linux和Mac。

刚刚提到Google Chrome支持扩展（Extension)了。想要使用这两个Sample 扩展, 必须先做好如下准备:

1. 使用最新版本的Chrome dev channel。

2. 在你的Chrome 快捷方式的"目标" 后面加入 --enable-extensions 代码。

现在, 你便可以前往Chromium 开发文档里下载Sample 扩展了, 超级方便的是, 如同Firefox 安装扩展方式一样, 点击安装即可弹出对话框询问是否安装, 点击确定即可安装成功

第一个扩展Gmail Checker

第二个扩展是 Subscribe in Google Reader

火狐2013年染指冠军？！

Mozilla预测2013年将会超越IE现在的浏览器的市场份额，而成为冠军！这是Mozilla的社区开发主任Asa Dotzler在其博客中所做的预测，据他说是在仔细分析了自2004年以来，也就是Firefox首次发布以来的浏览器市场数据之后做出的预测。

数据显示，IE的市场份额一直在稳步下降，已从2004年的90%跌到了现在的70%。而与此同时，Firefox则从零上升到了如今的25%。

数据所显示的一个很奇特的现象是，不同浏览器的不同功能似乎对市场份额的影响不大，所以即便微软发布更新的浏览器也无助于重新获得已经失去的市场份额。

Firefox已在大多数vnunet.com的读者群中获得了普遍认可，而且已成为欧洲大多数互联网用户上网浏览的首选浏览器。

看来火狐要成为冠军，将在不久的将来就会发生！

SUN xVM Virtualbox

In addition to Microsoft VPC, VM-ware, there is another alternative choice. It is by Sun Microsystem.

It is free, but in my point of view, it is not as friendly as VM Workstation.
I installed Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy into my Virtual Box, everything seemed ok, except the sound system on Ubuntu is not working properly.

VirtualBox is a general-purpose full virtualizer for x86 hardware. Targeted at server, desktop and embedded use, it is now the only professional-quality virtualization solution that is also Open Source Software.

Sun has just released the latest version of Virtual Box 2.2.2 on 28th April 2009. It sounds like a good day, at least for Chinese (28th ^_^).

時時雨，時時曇り。雲端運算，這個對筆者，不新又不舊的詞，最近讓我著迷。早在一年前，筆者經常都看到這個名詞，今天，幾乎在雜志，報紙都可以看到雲端運算，這一次不說不可以了。

雲端運算（cloud computing),可以說是是分散式計算技術的一種。正確來說，雲端運算是透過網路將龐大的運算處理程序自動分拆成無數個較小的子程序，再交由多部伺服器所組成的龐大系統經搜尋、運算分析之後將處理結果回傳給用戶。

透過這項技術，網路服務提供者可以在數秒之內，達成處理數以千萬計甚至億計的資訊，達到和「超級電腦」同樣強大效能的網路服務。

CD/DVD Rom missing in Window Vista Solution

Right now I’m trying to resolve a missing DVD-Rom drive after inserting a movie or doing anything with the DVD-Rom drive. I put Google to good use and found that there are many others having the same exact problem. This is pitiful as there is no fix in sight. Now that is just wrong, plain wrong, and more wrong and more wrong. I’m rather upset at the fact that Microsoft would let this slip for so long. Also there isn’t much talk about it other than many posts on the Vista newsgroups. I’m wondering why no bigger site has bothered to report on this flaw in Vista.

This is just another reason to chock towards not upgrading to Vista. I’m still running XP and plan to for some time. I’m not bashing Vista, there are its pros over XP but at the same time there seem to be much more cons.

I’m going to go do more research on this and if I figure something out you know I’ll post it here. Otherwise, if you find something out, feel free to share that info with me. Thanks.

Apparently it seems that this is an age old fix for even XP systems. If you venture to the registry key above by doing the following steps:

Click on the start menu.
If this is a Vista machine in the search box type in “regedit” without the quotation marks.
Maximize the HKLM and then go ahead and browse until you reach the key listed above.
In the right panel you’ll see something along the lines of “UpperFilter” and “LowerFilter” you want to click on each “filter” key and hit delete. Click yes when it asks to confirm if you wish to delete the key.
Restart Windows.
Let me know if this works.

嗨！好久不見，近來好嗎？光陰似箭。今天，已經是農歷初五了。新的一年，新的展望,祝大家新年快樂！

最近，翻開報紙，時常可以看到，某某公司或某某工廠倒閉或暫時關閉，失業人數直線上升，財神竟然今年“請假”，倒是裁神來頂替，真叫人，人心惶惶。

適逢這樣的經濟不景氣時期，為了生活，開源節流是無可避免的來抵抗裁神的到訪。筆者也無例外，雖然到目前為止，還沒有裁神到訪的跡象，但是筆者還是未雨綢繆的，先縮緊荷包，以防萬一。

Isetan 百貨公司，是筆者之前常去光顧的百貨部門，但是今時今日，Isetan以不是，將不會筆者時常光顧的地方了，100 Yen Shop,剛剛筆者在100 Yen Shop消費了RM51,來換取成為100 Yen Shop的會員。

回顧2008年，最另筆者印象深刻的是2008北京奧運會。其它的有馬來西亞汽油零售價起幅RM0.70，孟買恐怖襲擊，奧巴馬成為美國總統，美國與西方國家發生金融風暴，等。

雖然，每一天，翻開報紙，好的星聞，壞的星聞，時不時都有，但大家還是每一年都開行，歡慶新的一年的到來。筆者在此祝大家新年快樂！

Recently, I had become a library member of Japan Foundation, Kuala Lumpur(JFKL). As a member, I can enjoy reading and borrowing good collection of books in Japanese, English and Bahasa Melayu on various aspects of Japan.

Japan Foundation is available in Kuala Lumpur, is something like British Council and Goethe-Institut which is a non-profit organisation. It plays a significant role in promoting Japanese art, culture and languages to world.

JFKL office is located at Northpoint, Mid Valley City. Besides offering good collection of books, JFKL also provies Japanese drama, and Japanese magazines to its member.

To be a member, what you need to do is, you have to pay for annual membership fee along with 2 passport-size photos. The membership fee is RM10.00, however renewal for membership is only RM8.00 for a year.

Bravo to FaceBook. I like its new design so much, their revamp is very much like a revamp.

Well, at the bottom of the page, there is something like a taskbar, whereby users' applications are at their finger tips. This is brilliant. I am kinda impressed by this taskbar, and I have ever thought to insert this task bar in the website which, i was previously working on. (FYI: The taskbar like is called Application Menu).Facebook users can bookmark applications, edit application settings, and go to their recently viewed and bookmarked applications.

In fact, this is not the first time I have seen such handy taskbar in any websites. If you have ever logged on to http://www.asp.net or http://www.iis.net, you could see that a task bar was on top of these pages.

Have you ever thought of owning a Google like search engine for your organization? I believe that most of the organizations are facing the problem of having to maintain and search large pools of data that is becoming increasingly difficult to track and record.So what Google now being your saviour is introducing 2 killing products, namely Google Search Appliance v5.0 and Google Mini!

Besides, search and search and search, these products also has enhanced security features that ensure users can only search for information that they are authorised to view.

Search Appliance v5.0 is priced from RM197,300(Might be steep for SME) and can search up to 500,000 documents while Google Mini pricing starts from RM20,900 and can search up to 50,000documents. Sounds cool, doesn't it?!

The design of Google Search Appliance is brilliant, it looks like a huge cheese not only huge, but it looks yummy too. The server is by Dell but not by Google. Only search algorithm is by search giant, Google. Well, i would like to give a testimonial. I am using Google Desktop on my PC in office, i can assure you that, you can search every single files i wanted in less than a minute, even the file you are looking for is stored in don't know how many level of subfolders! Trust me(I am not Google employee though). The Google Desktop is something like Google Search Appliance and Google Mini, the only difference is, Google Desktop is only can search all the files within your desktop(Laptop is appliacable)

Good news for Malaysian! Google Search Appliance and Google Mini are now available in Malaysia! Personally, I am looking forward seeing Google set up an office in Malaysia, although this is almost impossible.......

What if everytime a new video is available and it will notify you automatically, without you having to log on to http://login.skyquestcom.com to check from time to time?

What if you are always kept posted by your Web Browser, when there is a new incentive available in your country?

How many times a day do you check for updates to e-mail, weather reports, sports scores, KL stock quotes, auction items(e.g.Ebay) email and so on? Until now this was a manual process, where you had to go to those sites to check for changes or new information.

By using Web Slices in Internet Explorer 8.0, you can keep up with frequently updated sites directly from the Favorites Bar without logging in to http:///www.ebay.com.my or http://login.skyquestcom.com anymore! Isn't it great?

If a Web Slice is available on a page, a green Web Slices icon(See below image) will appear in the upper-right hand corner of the browser. You can then easily subscribe and add them to the Favorites Bar or delete Web Slices that are no longer desired.

When new information becomes available, the Web Slice will become highlighted. When you click on the Web Slice in the Favorites Bar, it previews relevant information. Clicking on the preview takes you directly to the site for more information.

The concept behind is something like your Google Reader(RSS Reader).

4 days to the start of TechEd SEA 2008. I will be participating TechEd SEA, this year. I will bring a camera, and lots of business cards.

This will be the fist TechEd I have ever attended, so i am really looking forward to attending this event. When I was in the Heroes event, I saw Microsoft M'sia offered TechEd 2008 early bird price, which is at only RM699. At that time, I was thinking I might pay for it or waiting for company to sponsor us for the fee. Well, in the end, thanx to SkyQuestCom Global, and of course, my bosses, who fought for us. This year, company sponsors us to attend TechEd SEA. Well, I am very excited, because I have never being in such event.

Besides Microsoft TechEd. The other event, I have been looking forward to participating is Google Developer Day 2008. Unfortunately, Google Developer Day 2008 is little harder for me to attend. This is due to the Google Developer Day will not be taken place in any South East Asia Countries! What a pain!

Well, I hope one day, the Google Developer Day will be held in M'sia or in Singapore. So at least I can experience myself, instead of only watching the Google Developer Day videos on YouTube.

Hello Folks! Session is gonna be the topic of this entry.

So,what session is? A session is the period of time a user interacts with your Web application. Because HTTP is stateless protocol, therefore if an information(e.g.UserName) has to be kept along the period of time, a user is accessing a web application, you have to store that information into a Session Object.

ASP.Net provides 3 different methods to maintain a state.

1. In-Proc (In Process)
2. SQL Server
3. State Server

I saw this video on Netbeans website http://www.netbeans.org. A video showing how to develop Php application and call the underlying class with many tools. The tools are just a finger tips. Check out the Intelisense, it is awesome!

Tableless CSS Design

Have you ever tried to copy other websites html by selecting "Viewing Source" in your browser, and copy all the codes into your WYSIWYG editor (e.g. Macromedia Dreamweaver). Then you realize that, the presentation logic is not in the code. So where could it possibly be? Doko, doko?

It has been advocated many times that tables shouldn't be use in HTML for layout purposes. HTML is a structural language, and it should then only be used to format data into a table to relate columns with rows. Instead of HTML <table>. So why Tableless?

Speed and Cleanliness: The raison d'etre of CSS is to pull all that style and appearance junk out of the HTML and put it somewhere else, leaving behind squeaky clean, beautifully simple source code that loads fast and edits easy. Tables, it is argued, are like two-year-olds ... they're only going to get but so clean.

SEO:
Content can be first in the source, and is therefor spidered first. How much diff. this actually makes is still (and may always be) under debate. CSS-P also takes as it's default that the source code will be semantically a-okay, which is good for Google.

Updateablility:
Some major design revisions become a matter of minutes using CSS-P, while they can take much longer with tables since the table may have to be completely restructured.

Accessibility:
Since CSS-P allows for a lot of freedom in source code location of each element (but not total freedom), it allows you to structure your page content in a way that can be much more accessible to screen readers and unstyled browsers. The linearity of the source code is a major issue for how page content is presented to blind users through screen reader software. It's not impossible to linearize a table-based layout (I understand it's not even hard), but it does require some forethought while CSS-P is sort of natuarally linearized.

"Everyone" is Doing it:
There is something to be said for the fact that CSS-P is where many/most/some of the bigwigs in the industry have headed. Lots of the designers with "name recognition" are strong supporters of standards-based design, which, among other things, involves useing CSS to layout the page. The standards serve as a way to (try to) acheive uniformity across browsers and platforms, which I, for one, think is a GOOD THING.

Hello folks, long time no see. Well, sorry, haven't updated this blog for some times. You know why? Hectic, busy with my work.

There was a day, I was requested to rectify XSS problem in website of my company as many as possible. It was requested by our Payment Gateway partner, i.e. E-nets. The reason being is to ensure that our website is free as much as possible from malicious users, also as robust as Google, (Assume that Google is robust ^_~.

So, what actually is XSS? XSS is a type of computer type's vulnerability typically in web application. It allows a hacker to insert malicious code into your webpage.

Quite hard to visualize? Well, 大丈夫. Ok, I guess many of you got a personal Social Network Website. You might have ever left comments, testimonials or write something on his/her, wall in Facebook, haven't you?

If you have your own website, which you would like get more users to browse your website, and you have a friend, whom you dun really like, alright, u can do something on his website/Social webpage. If his/her website is not free from XSS nor his social-webpage, ah ha, here u go, you may leave a commment as below:

Howdy yo! Finally, i got Internet connection in my house. It is TM Net Streamyx. Now, I can watch online-videos(maybe pxxx movies), browse my favourite pages, and many more!

Haiz......(sigh), but actually, I preferred to have other ISP, like Jaring, Metrofon and any other, cause, TM Net, although is the largest ISP in the M'sia, but it is sux. People call it TM Nut instead of TM Net.

Which Broadband Service?

Hi! Hvn't seen all of u for long time. My internet service was down since 25th of Auguest 2007, thus, i could not access to internet in the last 2 weeks.

I had make enquiry to EB(My Internet Service Provider) to check, what's the problem, in the last 2 weeks, everyday to ask them to fix the internet connection glitch.

Unfortunately, they were unable to rectify the problem. Now, is time to me to seek for broadband for another ISP.

Currentlly, both Jaring and TM net are hving their broadband service promotion, but with terms and conditions applied.

RM77/month from Streamyx (TM Net),2 yrs contract.
RM69/month from Jaring Wired Broadband, 2 yrs contract.

I implemented some Ajax function in this software.Ajax is really really cool, I believe those who are web developers or designers probably know what the f*** is Ajax. Is it just me, or is Skype's website down yesterday? What had happened to Skype?

I was unable to connect to Skype on last Thursday and Friday. According to Skype, that was due to the software was hacking by virus.

Luckily, that was WLM or Yahoo msger to replae Skype during the Skype was down.

Apple has unveiled the new Imacs computer lately. Again, the design is sexy and sleek, I can say, it is a big temptation.

Out is the white, plastic casing that characterised iMacs past, and in its place is a thinner, brushed aluminium shell which is reminscient of the MacBook Pro line, and an "even thinner" keyboard.
